Shipping Policy
At Lubow Packaging, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. However, we reserve the right to take longer under certain circumstances, such as high order volumes or supply chain delays.

 

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
We ship orders via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The delivery time will depend on your location and how fast the shipping carrier processes and delivers the package. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

 

We will package your items to the best of our ability to ensure they arrive safely. However, we are not responsible for any damages caused by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please follow the return process outlined below.

 

Returns Policy
Lubow Packaging does not accept returns on merchandise unless the item is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must follow these steps to initiate a return:

 

  • Contact our support team at returns@lubowpackaging.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide a description of the damage or defect along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • If the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a replacement or refund.

 

Required Photos for Returns
To process a return for damaged or defective items, you must submit the following seven (7) photos:

 

  1. Damaged merchandise inside the box, displayed as it arrived.

  2. Packaging material used (Bubble wrap, Styrofoam, etc.).

  3. Damaged item outside of the box.

  4. A close-up of the shipping label with the tracking number.

  5. If available, a close-up of the box manufactured certificate (BMC).

  6. One photo displaying the top and two sides of the box.

  7. One photo displaying the bottom and the opposite two sides of the box.

 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
